FantasyGems Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to FantasyGems. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and FantasyGems ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the FantasyGems website, mobile application and all associated gaming services.

FantasyGems is an online gaming platform offering slot games, live casino, fish games and sports betting to players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet on FantasyGems, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the FantasyGems platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on FantasyGems, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. FantasyGems does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing FantasyGems account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or under any other restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.

FantasyGems reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

Your FantasyGems account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested.

• Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password or any one-time PIN with any other person. FantasyGems will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone.
• One account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds within them may be forfeited.
• Report unauthorised access immediately. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact FantasyGems support without delay. You remain liable for any activity on your account until we receive written notification of suspected unauthorised access.
• Keep your contact details up to date. If your phone number, email address or payment method changes, update your account details promptly to avoid delays in withdrawals or verification.

FantasyGems reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on FantasyGems are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion charges — your balance, stakes and payouts are all denominated and settled in PKR.

Supported Deposit Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (standard IBFT), debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing windows are displayed at the point of transaction in your account.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the FantasyGems finance team. Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary by method and are displayed within the platform.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods belonging to the registered account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• FantasyGems reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require additional verification.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balance that has cleared all wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of a suspected technical error affecting a game outcome or payout, FantasyGems reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for the affected transaction pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

FantasyGems offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, plus the general conditions outlined here.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times bonus funds must be turned over before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. Failing to meet the requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a stated expiry period. If you do not use or wager the full bonus within this window, it will expire and be removed automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active and pending wagering may result in the previous bonus being voided.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Using bonuses in a systematic or low-risk manner designed to guarantee profit — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, placing opposing bets with bonus and real funds, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — is strictly prohibited. FantasyGems reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings in any case of suspected abuse.

FantasyGems reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply to bonuses already accepted and in progress at the time of the change.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on FantasyGems — including slot games, live casino titles, fish games and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules and the general gameplay conditions set out here.

• Slot Games: All slot titles on FantasyGems use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel before you start playing. Results are determined independently on every spin — previous outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The rules applicable to each table game — blackjack, roulette, baccarat and others — are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, FantasyGems will resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the server.
• Fish Games: Fish games are skill-influenced shooting games. Outcomes depend on the player's in-game actions combined with the game's probability mechanics. All fish game titles comply with the same RNG certification standards as slot games.
• Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, test matches and domestic Pakistan cricket — football, esports and other available markets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. FantasyGems reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by verified irregularities.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a software fault, server error or communications failure that materially affects a game outcome, FantasyGems reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error will not be honoured.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on FantasyGems. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions or financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification or withdrawal requests.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed exploit will be voided.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward FantasyGems support staff or other platform users.

8. Responsible Gaming

FantasyGems is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the entire platform. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults — it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you deposit into your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.

• FantasyGems does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment information — including JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank details — is processed through secure, encrypted channels. FantasyGems does not store full card numbers or complete mobile wallet credentials on its servers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the FantasyGems platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, promotional materials and brand assets — is the intellectual property of FantasyGems or its licensed content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any FantasyGems content without express written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is licensed to FantasyGems for display on the platform.
• The FantasyGems name, logo and associated brand marks may not be used in any context — including social media, third-party websites or printed materials — without prior written consent from FantasyGems.

11. Limitation of Liability

FantasyGems provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, temporary outages, maintenance windows or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

• FantasyGems is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to access — the platform.
• FantasyGems is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions during in-play sports bets or live casino sessions.
• In any event, FantasyGems' total liability to a player for any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

FantasyGems reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — FantasyGems will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the FantasyGems platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting FantasyGems support.
